Diploma in a related IT field (Software Development, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, etc.)

At least 4 years of experience in application development in respective platform.

At least a year of experience as a technical lead in respective platform.

Manage a group of project team members including their schedule and day-to-day operations. Set objectives for the team, delegate project tasks if necessary and monitor the team’s performance.

Ensure solutions are designed and developed effectively and as per requirements.

Perform development and testing of the solutions.

Develop technical documents e.g., functional documents, design documents (which should cover HLD (high level design), LLD (low level design), and DFD (data flow diagram) when required), user guides, training material, etc.

Good English proficiency for interaction with business users.

Proven experience in the following areas:

Design code framework

Code review

Lead a technical team with a minimum of three (3) team members.

Allocate technical work tasks to Software Engineers.

DevOps track certification on AWS and Azure is preferred.
